Career Center Student Has Artwork Recognized

Scotty Butler, a senior from Bellaire in the Cosmetology program at the Belmont Career Center, was recently recognized for his artwork on behalf of the Belmont County Gifted Advisory Council. His drawing was accepted for publication in the Council's Anthology.
