The New Rumley United Methodist Church made a generous donation to the Harrison Career Center's Drug Free Club program. The Church Council eagerly approved the donation that will be used for the club's activities and drug testing. Pastor Hester Hudson was on hand to present the check to HCC Drug Free Club president, Coralee Chaffin.

"The church family at New Rumley feel this is a very positive approach to preventing drugs in the lives of our young people and we are pleased to give our support," stated Pastor Hudson.

Club advisor, Steve Romey, expressed his gratitude. "We at the Harrison Career Center would like to issue a tremendous thank you for the church's donation," added Romey.
