Students interested in the culinary arts field will get hands-on experience preparing and serving food. Students will learn sanitation and safety in the kitchen, preparation and presentation of food, equipment operation, catering skills and personal development skills.
Students enrolled in the class will take their required academic courses at their high schools in the morning and complete the Culinary Food Services program in the afternoon at Barnesville High School. Students will be required to provide their own transportation.
