Career Centers Help With Christmas
Occupational Lab and Connections students at both the Belmont and Harrison Career Centers have been helping towns throughout the area celebrate Christmas.
The Connections program at the Belmont Career Center build a float to participate in area Christmas parades. Pictured in the driver's seat is instructor Ed Reese, along with instructional aide Rhonda Malloy, and student Bryanna McDaniel, Union Local.
Occupational Lab students at the Harrison Career Center designed a Christmas tree topper that is on display in the Cadiz village square. The students utilized their computer-aided drafting/design (CADD) skills to create the vectors to machine the star, as well as, geometrically place (50) LED lights. Pictured, from left, are Cadiz Police Chief Ryan McCann, and students Nathan Wilson and Kadin Carter. Instructor is Larry Bossell.
