Norman Receives "Outstanding Educator" Award

Theresa Marmie, consultant for state Support Team 12, and Paula Norman, Director of Special Education and Testing at the Belmont-Harrison Vocational School District, were recently recognized as the "Brad McFadden Outstanding Educatior Award" recipients for the 2018-19 school year by the Belmont County Advisory Council.
